The First Lady is a full-service facility dedicated to making your Special Event one that you and your guests will remember for years to come. We provide complete set up of the Banquet Hall area prior to your event and complete clean up afterward. You will enjoy a rich, climate-controlled atmosphere and first-class attention to detail. Our dedicated staff, dressed in tuxedo, will be on-site to assist guests and keep the facility clean and restrooms stocked during your event.
Our maximum capacity is 185 guests for standing-type Receptions or Parties. Our Wedding Chapel can accommodate 112 guests seated comfortably. Our Ballroom can accommodate 90 guests seated around tables, while in fair weather we can seat an additional 30-40 on the covered porch area.

Catering, tablecloth cleaning fees and other rental items will be billed separately and are not included in the facility rates.
